Ultimately, we as Coaches would like our team members to chatter amongst one another. Bouncing ideas between one another is important. This will be a learning experience since all of our students have different degrees of typing experience,but it will help you to not only build a bond in the form of friendships but learn from one another. I have seen  many teams that have a communication breakdown to where one member has an important skills and never shares it amongst his team mates and ultimately ends up doing all the work for the team. When Competition comes around, this student succeeds but his team fails!  I do not want this to happen with our new Eaglesnest Robotics FIRST LEGO League Team. It will be hard at first but it will be so rewarding in the end and we will grow together.  Remember, The FIRST LEGO League Core values,

"We are a team."

This is so important in any ones future because without each other, we fail!"

"We share our experiences with others."

I also beleive that this core value not only is about sharing our experiences with the community but with our own team members also."
